Start with the quick fixes below. Your locked sessions and offline drafts are designed to survive an ordinary connection interruption.
Sign-in trouble
Use the same Apple, Google or email method you used when the account was created. Legacy Firebase accounts keep their original identity mapping.
Purchase not showing
Reopen Practice depth after the store finishes. Receipt verification fails closed, so a delayed provider check may briefly show the prior tier without losing the purchase.
Privacy or shared sessions
Sessions are private unless you choose another visibility. Publishing retires the exposed target so it cannot be served blind again.
